The brief

Icy Bear wanted to scale their presence on TikTok Shop with a focus on live shopping and creator-led growth. The goal was to drive volume through a high-impact showcase live, while increasing output and conversions across their affiliate network.

The result

In June, a single showcase live generated £60K in GMV. Throughout the month, 910 affiliate videos were posted and 140 creators drove sales - more than double their usual average. In total, Icy Bear generated £78K from TikTok LIVE alone, accounting for nearly half of their total TikTok Shop revenue that month.
